Shipping Samples to UCR - Required Information
Please send the following details to Carolyn Franklin (UCR ExFAB Administrative and User Support) at cfrankli@ucr.edu:
Shipping Information
- Recipient Name (include phone number if available)
- Business Name
- Full Delivery Address
- Approximate Weight of the Package
- Preferred Shipping Date (the date you will drop off the package to the shipper)
Shipping Method Details
- Full Address of the FedEx drop-off location
- Shipping Method: Express or Ground
- Indicate if dry ice will be included (additional documentation will be provided if applicable)
