The software provides a graphical interface to define source and destination plate layouts, set transfer volumes, and execute transfers. It supports survey mode (to assess fluid levels in source plates) and transfer mode. Protocols can be saved as reusable scripts and imported/exported in CSV format for easy integration with external workflows.
